Mansfield Arrests Include Assault, Larceny

June 19
Mary Elizabeth Landrie, 31, of 115 Townsend Rd. in Andover, was observed shoplifting a piece of jewelry at Kohls. She was placed under arrest and charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Max Kurt Schletter, 21, of 19 Boulder Ln. in Mansfield, was reported to be spray painting a support under a bridge on Atwoodville Road in Mansfield. Subsequent investigation resulted in his arrest for second-degree criminal mischief.
Amelia Momo Kai, 40, of 1423 Kossuth St. in Bridgeport, was placed under arrest on an arrest warrant issued by Rockville Superior Court for an incident in Mansfield. She was processed and charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, and third-degree assault on the elderly.

Troop C is investigating an incident at the Southeast Park on Route 89 in Mansfield in which someone broke a window on a vehicle and stole a wallet. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact Trooper Miller at 860-896-3222 ext. 8057.
Lynn Lindsay, 43, of 429 Blackston Vi. in Meriden, was picked up by Meriden police on an active arrest warrant for an incident in Mansfield and was transported to Troop C in Tolland where she was processed and charged with sixth-degree larceny.
June 21
At approximately 6:35 p.m., troopers were dispatched to a home Thornbush Road Extension to investigate a disturbance complaint. Kenneth Ferry, 49, of 24 Thornbush Rd. Ext., was placed under arrest and transported to Troop C where he was processed and charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call. He was released on a $1,500 non-surety bond.
At approximately 8:41 p.m., Troop C troopers responded to investigate the report of an active domestic incident on Woods Road in Mansfield. Mark Capuano, 34, of 90 Sarah Baker Rd. in East Haddam, was placed under arrest and transported to Troop C where he was processed without incident. He was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct and was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.
June 23
The vehicle in question was found in the fire station parking lot by Route 195 in Mansfield. The operator, Paul W. Stelzner, 29, of 297 Skinner Ln. in Hebron, was found in the vehicle. He subsequently failed a series of field sobriety tests and was arrested for operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended/revoked.
At approximately 3:59 p.m., Troop C troopers responded to 886 Stafford Rd. in Mansfield to investigate the report of a stolen motor vehicle from the house’s garage. Upon investigation, it was determined that sometime between June 19 and June 23, the garage was entered through an unsecured door and a black 1994 Yamaha motorcycle with yellow rims and CT registration plate 931871 was taken.
