Warrant Arrest

Erma Coons, 48, of 209 Mansfield City Rd., was arrested by Connecticut State Police on an outstanding arrest warrant and charged with sixth-degree larceny.

State police are investigating a “possible carjacking” that occurred on Storrs Road, according to a police report. The suspect was described as a "slim, but fit black male, approximately 5’8”-5’9” in height, light brown skin and short dark hair," according to a police report. Warrant Arrest

Jose E. Bobe, 32, of 108 Hope St., Willimantic, was arrested by state police on an active arrest warrant and charged with third-degree burglary and attempt to commit a crime.

DUI Arrest

Rhonda Brouillard, 50, of 53 Codfish Falls Rd., was arrested by state police on Storrs Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
