Cassandra Dixon, 25, of 1246 Trumbull Hwy., Lebanon, was arrested by Connecticut State Police on Route 32 in Mansfield and charged with speeding, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right/at slow speed.
