Larceny Arrest
Jenifer Marie Milhomme, 21, of 8 Green Ln., Windham, was arrested by Connecticut State Police on Storrs Road and charged with sixth-degree larceny.
Arrest
Boxun Hu, 43, of 3 Zygmunt Dr., was arrested by state police on Zygmunt Road and charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
Arrest
Li Shi, 44, of 3 Zygmunt Dr., was arrested by state police on Zygmunt Road and charged with disorderly conduct.

DUI Arrest
Floyd Rich, 54, of 9 Virginia Dr., North Windham, was arrested by state police on Mansfield City Road and charged with operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use marker, insurance coverage failing minimum requirements, operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/revoked/suspended, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and illegal possession of a narcotic.
