A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested by Connecticut State Police at an undisclosed address in Mansfield and charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Arrest
Stephanie Lynn Holt, 18, of 187 Mansfield City Rd., was arrested by state police on Meadowbrook Lane and charged with possession of a controlled substance.
