Two hundred and forty-one Mansfield residents placed a vote, according to the Town of Mansfield.
The Region 19 Budget passed Tuesday in Mansfield, Ashford and Willington, according to an e-mail alert from the Town of Mansfield.
Mansfield's results: 153 in favor; 88 opposed.
