STORRS — A Vernon resident is $13,002 richer after purchasing a winning KENO ticket in Storrs earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On October 1, the big winner from Vernon purchased a KENO ticket from the Sam Food Store in Storrs won $13,002.
