Warrant Arrest
Mark O’Neil, 56, of 373 South Main St., Suffield, was arrested by University of Connecticut Police on an active arrest warrant and charged with two counts of first-degree larceny.
Warrant Arrest
Jose Cruz, 58, of 74 Branford St., Manchester, was arrested by campus police on an active arrest warrant and charged with two counts of first-degree larceny.
