Drug Arrest
Emilio Alberto Flores, 18, of 41 Mayfield Rd., Wethersfield, was arrested by University of Connecticut Police on Storrs Road and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, drug paraphernalia, illegal manufacture, distribution, sale of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in a drug factory.
