Drug Arrest
Paul Phillip Powell, 24, of 54 Westminster St., Hartford, was arrested by University of Connecticut Police on Storrs Road and charged with drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance or less than four ounces of marijuana and possession of narcotics.

Matthew Stephen McCarthy, 25, of 75 Heritage Woods, Wallingford, was arrested by campus police on an active arrest warrant and charged with second-degree breach of peace, fourth-degree sexual assault and second-degree unlawful restraint.
