1 Hospitalized After Stabbing In Meriden: Police
Police responded to a report of an assault-in-progress, according to officials.
MERIDEN, CT — One person was hospitalized after being stabbed late Saturday night in Meriden, according to police.
Police responded to Willow Street around 11:10 p.m. on May 31 on the report of an assault-in-progress, according to Lt. Darrin McKay.
McKay said officers found a victim with two stab wounds.

The victim was taken to Hartford Hospital for treatment of their injuries, according to McKay.
McKay said the victim was expected to survive.

Police are continuing to investigate the stabbing.
