3 Meriden Residents Finish 2022 Boston Marathon

MERIDEN, CT — Three Avon runners competed in the 2022 Boston Marathon on Monday. Nearly 25,000 runners finished the marathon, including more than 350 from Connecticut.

Everett Hackett, 32, of Hartford was the top Connecticut runner at 50th place with an official time of 2:24:56. Laura Pierce, 40, of Woodbridge placed 127th among women and 2,251st overall with a time of 2:55:41.

Meriden runner Matthew Michno, 32, finished with an official time of 2:41:32. Jennifer Wight, 45, finished with an official time of 3:44:39. Nicole Boucher, 50, finished with an official time of 3:45:27.
