Christmas Tree Collection Details In Meriden

MERIDEN, CT — The Meriden Public Works Highway Division began the collection of Christmas trees on Monday, Jan. 6 and continue through the month of January, according to officials.
Residents are advised to place their trees curbside.
Collection is divided between the east (2 weeks) and west (2 weeks) sides of the city, according to a post on the city’s website.

“ALL decorations and plastic covers must be removed,” the post reads. “Trees in plastic bags will NOT be collected.”
