The winning scratch ticket worth $10k was recently sold at a Meriden business, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
ROCKY HILL, CT - A Rocky Hill resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Meriden earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On February 18, Jose Soto, of Rocky Hill, purchased a 30X Cash 9th Edition ticket from Scott Oil in Meriden and won $10,000.
