In a busy couple days for police, disorderly conduct and assault cases kept officers on the move. Take a look at the latest arrest logs.
The Meriden Police Department reported the following arrests:
June 10
Jhensen Heredia, 26, of 39 Prescott St. in Meriden, was charged sixth-degree, June 10.
Raymond Cuevas, 20, of 53 Mill St. in Meriden, was charged with violation of probation, June 10.
Terrill L. McLauren, 18, of 640 Howard Ave. in Meriden, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, June 10.
Melvin Silva, 53, of 56 Webster St. in Meriden, was charged with reckless driving, driving under the influence, misuse of marker plates and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, June 10.
Ramon Diaz, 18, of 46 Broad St. in Meriden, was charged with criminal mischief, June 10.
June 11
Joseph M. Moffett, of 4 Birch St. in East Haven, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, June 11.
David Gray, of 393 Center St. in Meriden, was charged with misuse of marker plates, failure to insure motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a license, June 11.
Yazmin Camacho-Santos, 45 S. Third St. in Meriden, was charged with evading responsibility in an accident and failure to maintain proper lane, June 11.
Robert Benigni, 43, of 25 Arlington St. North in Meriden, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and violation of a protective order, June 11.
Paul Soucy, 52, of 185 Hill St. in East Hartford, was charged with harassment, June 11.
Brenton McLean, 47, of 23 Woodley Court in Meriden, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, June 11.
Gwen Bynum, 31, of 47 Fourth St. in Bristol, was charged with breach of peace, June 11.
Aaron Jamison, 18, of 23 Woodley Court in Meriden, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, June 11.
Efrain Rodriguez, 27, of 187 Crown St. in Meriden, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, June 11.
Michael Basta, 21, of 15 Fair St. in Meriden, was charged with disorderly conduct, June 11.
Sophia Arnone, 24, of 267 Quinnipiac Ave. in Meriden, was charged with disorderly conduct, June 11.
June 12
Joshua Isong, 23, of 235 Main St. in East Hartford, was charged with third-degree larceny, June 12.
Melvin Soto, 31, of 16 Garden St. in Meriden, was charged with first-degree harassment, June 12.
Other stats from reported traffic stops and incidents:
- Four people were cited with failure to obey stop sign/traffic signal.
- Two people were cited with creating a public disturbance.
- One person was cited with failure to renew registration.
- One person was cited with following too close.
- One person was cited with failure to drive to the right.
- One person was cited with operating a motor vehicle without a license.
- One person was cited with operating a motor vehicle under suspension.
- One person was cited with failure to grant right of way.
- One person was cited with failure to carry insurance card.
