MERIDEN — A Meriden resident is $100,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Rocky Hill earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On November 30, Marcos Betancourt, of Meriden, purchased a MEGA Multiplier! ticket from the Cumberland Farms in Rocky Hill and won $100,000.
