MERIDEN - A Meriden resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On December 29, Daniel Smith, of Meriden, purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket from the A&amp;S Quik-Pik in Meriden and won $10,000.

MERIDEN - A Meriden resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
