Obituary: Sarah Nicole Majka, 37, of Meriden
Sarah, known for her heart of gold, was an animal lover, free spirit, child at heart and devoted mother.
MERIDEN, CT - (From Wallingford Funeral Home): Sarah Nicole Majka, 37, of Meriden, passed away peacefully on December 16, 2021 at her home.
Sarah was born in Easton, PA on November 8, 1984, a daughter of Bonnie (Schaedler) Majka of Meriden and Richard Majka (Diane) of Loris, SC.
Sarah graduated from UCONN with a Masters degree in education and animal science.

Sarah will be remembered by so many who described her as having a heart of gold. She always thought of others before herself. She looked forward to watching ND football.
She had a soft spot for animals and would take in as many as she could if she had the opportunity. She was a free spirit and child at heart, doing anything to make the children that she cared for smile.

Most recently dressing as a turkey, and a scuba diver, flippers and goggles included.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by the love of her life, her son, Mark Williams of Manchester; her sister, and best friend whom she looked up to, Pamela Majka and her fiancé, John Garlock, of Meriden; and several cousins, aunts, uncles, and many lifelong friends.
