According to the report, Panora told police she left her child in the care of the child's uncle, identified as Rafael Freire-Recuenco, 36, of Danbury, so she could go to a party.

But police were called to a home on Town Hill Aveunue around midnight after a neighbor reported that the child was outside and "pacing back and forth, knocking on the door."
