Community Health Center Provides Free Dental Care For Those Experiencing Homelessness
The Where You Are Program will provide free services on Jan. 21 from 8:20 to 2:40 for 50 scheduled patients
From Community Health Center: This Saturday, January 21, 2017, Community Health Center’s (CHC) Healthcare for the Homeless program Wherever You Are (WYA) will be providing free dental health services to 50 scheduled patients on the second floor of Middletown CHC. Patients are scheduled from 8:20 a.m. to 2:40 p.m.. These services are provided specifically for patients who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
