Cruise Night On Main Street Postponed By Chamber of Commerce

The Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce decided to postpone the 26th Annual Cruise Night on Main due to heavy storms.

MIDDLETOWN, CT – The 26th Annual Cruise Night on Main Street has been postponed, according to Chairwoman Kristen Roberts of the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce.

The Annual event bringing hundreds of pre-1988 vehicles that line both sides of scenic Main Street from Washington Street to the South Green will take place June 21 from 4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The event was postponed due to heavy storms across the region, according to the event’s website.

“The Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce, along with the Car Cruise Committee, is extremely excited to be celebrating our 26th anniversary of the car show on Flag Day,” Johanna Bond said, president of Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce. “We are excited to take over Main Street once again for this annual family-friendly tradition which features incredible cars, great music, fantastic food and vendor options, and more.”

This event brings fun to all ages and will benefit the Middletown Youth Programs, including the Hal Kaplan Middletown Mentor Program, Middletown Recreation Programs and the Middletown Summer Youth Employment Program.
