MIDDLETOWN, CT — A filling station in Middletown has sold a CT Lotter scratch ticket that paid off in a big way.

On Halloween., an unnamed winner from Middletown cashed in a $25,000 winner from the 100X 2nd Edition scratch game.

The ticket was purchased at the Valero station at 339 South Main St. in Middletown.
