MIDDLETOWN, CT — The Middletown Police Department is investigating a complaint of a juvenile getting shot with some plastic or rubber projectile, police said Thursday afternoon.

Police officials said on Tuesday, May 16, they responded to a suspicious activity complaint on Grand Street.

The complainant reported that a juvenile victim was shot with some plastic or rubber projectile which struck them in the face, police said.
