Mayor's Ball Set For September: Here's What You Need To Know

Middletown, CT — Every year, the Mayor’s Ball in Middletown benefits an essential foundation in the city; this year, the ball will benefit the Q Foundation at the Community Foundation of Middlesex County and Gilead Community Services.

The 17th Annual Mayor’s Ball is set for Saturday, Sept. 23, starting at 6 p.m. at the Elks Club, 44 Maynard St., and is open to all members of the public and businesses.

Both organizations being benefited focus on giving back to the community the best way they can. The Q Foundation at the Community Foundation of Middlesex County was established by the family of the late Representative Quentin “Q” Williams to support charitable causes and the mission he cared most about. The Gilead Community Services this year launched the groundbreaking Mental Health Resource Center in partnership with the city of Middletown.

The Mayor’s Ball will feature dinner, drinks and dancing. The dress for the event is formal attire. Perceptions Photography will be onsite to capture images of the evening, which will be available for purchase after the event.

Tickets for the ball are $125 per person.

Several sponsorships are also available, ranging from $50 to $2,300.
