Chairwoman Kristen Roberts of the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce, announced that the Chamber will be hosting a free Vaccine Booster Clinic in collaboration with the City of Middletown Health Department.

The Vaccine Booster Clinic will be held on Friday, November 4, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce (393 Main Street, Middletown, CT 06457).
The following vaccines will be available: Seasonal Influenza, Pneumonia, T-Dap, Shingles, COVID-19 bivalent boosters

Requirements: Walk-in only. Must be 9 years or older and in good health. Middletown residency is not required.
Please bring your insurance card- vaccines are available at no-cost and no co-pay with most insurances.
