BREACH OF PEACE, THIRD-DEGREE ASSAULT — Courtney J. Turner, 20, Loveland Street turned herself in on an outstanding warrant

VIOLATION PROTECTIVE ORDER — Police were called to do a well-being check on a man's 17-year-old son after the father called from the Rocky Hill Police Department saying he suspected the boy's mother's new boyfriend, Michael E. Koba, 46, of Butternut Street, was going to assault the teen, according to the report. Police say Koba is known to police for another incident.

INSURANCE FAILS MINIMUM, UNREGISTERED MOTOR VEHICLE, IMPROPER USE MARKER PLATE — At 5:20 p.m., Devin McKoy, 36, of Susan Circle, Portland, was driving a Nissan Maxima at the Fuel Plus gas station on Washington Street, according to the report, without a front license plate. A records check showed the back plate was registered to a Jeep Cherokee SUV but was expired.

INSURANCE FAILS MINIMUM, UNREGISTERED MOTOR VEHICLE, DUI — At 3 p.m., Angel DeJesus, 34, of Woodbury Circle turned himself in on an outstanding warrant.
