Nov. 20
SIXTH-DEGREE LARCENY, THIRD-DEGREE FORGERY — At 7:15 a.m., Aaron McRae, 31, of College Street turned himself in on an outstanding warrant.

Nov. 19
TWO COUNTS RISK OF INJURY TO CHILD, DISORDERLY CONDUCT — At 7:57 p.m., police were called the ex-wife of Eugene Pirro, 54, of Birdsey Avenue, who lives with him, saying he hit her twice with a broom handle, according to the report, in view of their two children. Police say the victim had a mark on her torso and Pirro admitted to "nudging" her.

Nov. 16
DISORDERLY CONDUCT, THIRD-DEGREE ASSAULT, SECOND-DEGREE STRANGULATION — At 1:23 a.m., a woman told police her two sons were arguing over a girl they were both interested in, according to the report, and both had been drinking. William R. Szymanski Jr., 23, of Westfield Street, police say, put a choke hold on his younger brother while wrestling him to the ground.
LICENSE SUSPENDED, IMPROPER COLOR STOP LAMP, FAILURE TO CARRY INSURANCE CERTIFICATE — At 5:41 p.m., Donald H. Harris, 45, of Rodney Street, Hartford, was driving a Dodge Caravon on Ward Street with a broken tail light.
Nov. 12
FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELT, POSSESSION NARCOTICS AND WITH INTENT TO SELL AND WITHIN 1,500 FEET OF SCHOOL — At 9:30 p.m., Betty Brown, 46, of Main Street, Portland, was driving a Lexus on Main and Rapallo streets, according to the report, without a seat belt and admitted to hiding crack cocaine in her pants. Police say she handed over four pieces weighing 1 gram and admitted to having a bag of heroin but could not find it, however a canine found it in her "buttocks area."
DISORDERLY CONDUCT — At 1:46 p.m., a female walked into police headquarters saying Raeann Nelson, 37, of West Shore Drive, Higganum, punched her in the side of the head while she was visiting her ex-boyfriend's house, according to the report. Nelson admitted to jumping over a railing to talk to the victim and police say she suspected the victim injured herself to get her in trouble.
TWO COUNTS IDENTITY THEFT, IMPERSONATION, CONSPIRACY — At 1 p.m., Dwight Highsmith, 44, of Chatham Court, Portland, turned himself in on an outstanding warrant.
