Nov. 23

SECOND-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR, TWO COUNTS VIOLATION OF PROBATION — At 6:11 p.m., Jason Wunsch, 32, of South Wig Hill Road, Chester, was at the Eddy Shelter on Labella Circle and police picked him up on an outstanding warrant.

Nov. 22

DISORDERLY CONDUCT — At 2:07 p.m., Jarquis Holley, 34, of Tunxis Street, Windsor, was at a home on High Street arguing with the mother of his daughter who said he threatened the girl earlier in the day at Woodrow Wilson Middle School, according to the report. Holley denied threatening her.

VIOLATION OF PROBATION — At 1 p.m., Robert E. Flynn, 53, of College Street walked into police headquarters to use the restroom, according to the report, and a detective recognized him as having outstanding warrants. 

DISORDERLY CONDUCT — At 6:22 p.m., police received a 911 hangup and when responding to the address, no one was home, according to the report. The neighbor gave police the phone number of Louise Gasparini, 42, of Bielefield Road who said she fought with her husband. He told police that he arrived home at 6:15 p.m. and found Gasparini heavily intoxicated and became angry that he wouldn't give her $20 to buy pills on the street, according to the report, so she locked him in the basement. When his daughter let him out, according to the report, Gasparini slapped him in the face so he left with the 11- and 12-year-old girls. When police called Gasparini, she refused to meet them so the husband gave them some addresses where she might be hiding, according to the report, and she was found on Glynn Avenue.

Nov. 21

VIOLATION OF EMMISSIONS STANDARDS, OPERATION MOTOR VEHICLE WHEN LICENSE SUSPENDED — Don P. Indino, 45, of Main Street was driving on Main Street without a front plate.

OPERATE UNREGISTERED MOTOR VEHICLE, VIOLATION OF EMMISSIONS STANDARDS, INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILS MINIMUM — Troy S. Slessinger, 57, of Washington Street was driving on Washington Street with an obstructed rear license plate. 

Nov. 19

SECOND-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR — At 12:30 p.m., Todd A. Rowe, 39, of South Main Street was picked up by Portland Police on an outstanding warrant from Middletown. 

Nov. 17

SIXTH-DEGREE LARCENY — Police were called to an apartment on Newfield Street after a cab driver alerted them that Destiny Wells, 23, of Newfield Street failed to pay her $36.90 fare, according to the report. The cabbie drove Wells from Midstate Medical Center in Meriden to her home and police recognized her name as a woman who was taken earlier that day to the hospital for a medical incident, the report says. Wells told police that she said to the cab driver, "you might as well call police because I can't find my money," after she couldn't find money hidden in a small case in her apartment. The report says she was unable to get family or friends to pay the fare.

Nov. 2

VIOLATION OF PROBATION — At 1 p.m., Robert E. Flynn turned himself in on an outstanding warrant.
