Middletown Police report the following incidents:
Nov. 21
SECOND-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR — At 8:30 a.m., Jose Rivera, 52, of Main Street turned himself in on an outstanding warrant.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT — At 10:32 a.m., police were called by the ex-husband of a woman who said her current husband, Dante L. West, 31, of Lilac Court, Cromwell, was hitting his children, according to the report, followed by a multiple 911 calls describing screaming and smashing. Police arrived at a Ferry Street apartment to the woman, Amanda M. Mazurowski, 31, of Ferry Street, at the door with blood on her shirt with a 3-year-old child who was blocking the door. The report says the child told officers her father was smashing things and police found a smashed computer and the woman who refused to let police enter. Detectives found a small baby in a crib, the report says, and when questioning the child, her stepfather became angry and irate trying to prevent police from talking to her. Mazurowski insisted she had smashed the computer, the report says, and screamed "large amounts" of profanity. West told officers he was upset Mazurowski was talking to her ex-husband, they argued and he smashed the computer and broke her cell phone. West was arrested for the above and Mazurowski for interfering with an officer.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT, SECOND-DEGREE BREACH OF PEACE, THIRD-DEGREE ASSAULT, THIRD-DEGREE STRANGULATION — Alan A. Greco, 56, of Carriage Crossing was involved in a violent physical fight with his live-in girlfriend, according to the report, after arriving home drunk at 1:15 a.m. Police say he attacked the victim by grabbing her by the neck, hair, punching her in the face and ripping off her shirt. He was also found with an an outstanding warrant from 2011.

Nov. 20
TWO COUNTS EACH OBTAINING DRUGS BY FRAUD, SECOND-DEGREE FORGERY — At 12:30 p.m., Salvatore Fazzino, 40, of Milardo Lane turned himself in on an outstanding warrant.
VIOLATION OF PROTECTIVE ORDER — At 11:30 a.m., Sandra T. Brunet, 46, of Lakeshorth Drive, Winsted, turned herself in on an outstanding warrant.
Nov. 15
SIXTH-DEGREE LARCENY, THIRD- AND FOURTH-DEGREE FORGERY, THIRD-DEGREE IDENTITY THEFT, ILLEGAL USE OF CREDIT CARD, CREDIT CARD THEFT — At 12:38 p.m., Robert W. Hills, 21, of Brooks Road was at People's Bank inside Stop & Shop on East Main Street trying to cash a check stolen from his parents, according to the report. Police say his parents had alerted the bank not to cash checks he had stolen from them. He was found with an outstanding warrant.
OPERATION WHEN LICENSE SUSPENDED — At 2:07 p.m., Charles Kopp, 40, of B. Sams Road, Meriden, was involved in a car accident at Washington Street and Boston Road.

INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILS MINIMUM, OPERATION WHEN LICENSE SUSPENDED — At 10:15 a.m., Linda Parrilla, 49, of Ferry Street was driving a Hyunai was driving on Washington Street at Park Place with a suspended license after several failures to appear in court violations, according to the report.
