Oct. 28
BREACH OF PEACE, THIRD-DEGREE ASSAULT — At 4:45 p.m., police were called to Inverness Square for a domestic assault involving Dante Aiuidi, 20, of Inverness Square by a witness who said he kicked a woman and dragged her into the home, according to the report. Police say the two fought about the victim's ex-boyfriend leaving messages on Aiudi's phone and they found; his father separated them. The report says he admitted doing so and said he needed to work on his "anger issues."

SECOND-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR — At 1:15 p.m., Darrell L. Eaddy, 35, of Plaza Terrace, Hamden, turned himself in on an outstanding warrant.

EVADING RESPONSIBILITY, FAILURE TO DRIVE AT REASONABLE DISTANCE — Craig M. Vincent, 34, of DeKoven Drive was involved in a car accident on Route 9 in which he rear-ended another car and drove away, according to the report. He called Personal Towing to have his car towed, police say, and was found passed out at his home and told officers he was driving and smelled of alcohol.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT — At 3:12 p.m., police were called to the Gilead Social Club about a patient, Anthony Kabusk, 48, of Wallingford Road, Durham, who had reportedly exposed himself by dropping his pants in front of a case worker. The report says he then made a sexually explicit comment to her and exposed his naked rear end. He admitted doing so, police say.

SIXTH-DEGREE LARCENY — At 4:15 p.m., an off-duty officer in the Price Shopper grocery store on Washington Street saw David Fontanez, 22, of Cox Road, Portland, leaving the store in a rush with items in his hands while concealing them, according to the report. The officer says he also saw Jordan P. Clark, 22, of Hotchkiss Street who he knows is an illegal narcotics abuser. Police say the found the men at Washington and West streets each with a $15 box of cold medicine and Clark had two small bags of marijuana weighing 1.4 grams. Both were charged.
