Middletown Police report the following incidents:

Nov. 6

RISK OF INJURY TO CHILD, THIRD-DEGREE CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, DISORDERLY CONDUCT, INTERFERING WITH EMERGENCY CALL — At 1:51 p.m., after a 911 hangup call to dispatch, police arrived a a Lakeside Avenue home to find a woman saying Tiana C. Stuckey, 20, of Lakeside Avenue pushed her mother several times while she was holding Stuckey’s daughter, according to the report. Stuckey, police say, punched a hole in the wall and damaged a computer then slapped the phone out of her mother’s hand when she tried to call 911. Stuckey admitted to pushing her mother and punching the hole, according to the report, and slapping the phone out of her hand.

UNREGISTERED VEHICLE, FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH EMISSIONS, CRIMINAL IMPERSONATION, SUSPENDED LICENSE — At 9:15 p.m., Christian O. Lopez, 33, of Oregon Road, Meriden, was picked up by Middletown Police at Meriden Police headquarters on an outstanding warrant.

DUI, FAILURE TO DRIVE ON RIGHT — Julio C. Martinez, 29, of Liberty Street was driving a car on South Main Street when police saw the auto swerving and unable to stay in the proper lane, according to the report. Once stopped, officers say, Martinez admitted to drinking alcohol and failed sobriety tests. His blood alcohol levels registered .1984 and .2097, according to the report.

Nov. 5

FIRST-DEGREE CRIMINAL MISCHIEF — Brian Buczek, 38, of no certain address turned himself in on an outstanding warrant.

TRAVELING TOO FAST FOR CONDITIONS, DUI, FAILURE TO DRIVE IN PROPER LANE — At 5:45 p.m., Kathleen T. O’Connor, 25, of Brooks Lane, Ivoryton, turned herself in on an outstanding warrant.

Nov. 4

DISORDERLY CONDUCT — At 7:44 p.m., a man walked into police headquarters saying he was out with the grandfather of his older daughter, Katriesh Holloman, 28, of Schafer Road, earlier and he received a call from his 10-year-old daughter, according to the report. They drove to the house where the girl was staying and the victim stayed in the car, police say, but when Holloman realized he was there against her wishes, she began screaming and swearing at him, then punched him in the face.

The report says Holloman punched, scratched and slapped the victim again in the face. When police interviewed her, the report details, she said she was upset about a problem with her son and another juvenile, she lost her temper and couldn’t remember how many times she struck the victim.

Nov. 2

VIOLATION OF PROBATION — At 2:15 p.m., Dana D. Sweeney, 23, of Sisk Street turned herself in on an outstanding warrant.

SECOND-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR — Matthew J. Cogswell, 21, of Bartlett Street, Portland, was picked up by Portland Police on an outstanding warrant from Middletown.

Oct. 30

DUI, SUSPENDED LICENSE — Steven Dickerson, 43, of Springdale Avenue, Meriden, was picked up by police for a motor vehicle violation and admitted to drinking alcohol, according to the report, before driving. He smelled of alcohol, police say, and failed sobriety tests then his blood alcohol levels registered .1927 and .1873.

FAILURE TO RESPOND — At 12:23 p.m., Wayne Patterson, 42, of Spring Street turned himself in on an outstanding warrant.

Oct. 28

UNREGISTERED VEHICLE, INSURANCE FAILS MINIMUM, SUSPENDED LICENSE — At 7 a.m., Jack Lee, 27, of West Main Street, Amston, was driving a Nissan pickup truck on Liberty Street with a broken brake light, according to the report.
