PROBATION VIOLATION — Richard Hagen, 50, of High Street was arrested in Meriden

EVADING RESPONSIBILITY — Jessica R. Kimball, 33, of Clinton Avenue was arrested in Meriden

PARK CURFEW — Lisa Labbadia-Dorau of Farm Hill Road was arrested in Meriden
