Middletown Closes Streets For Paving Program: Here's Where
The city of Middletown's pavement preservation program starts Wednesday, May 31, closing several streets.

MIDDLETOWN, CT — Middletown will soon begin its paving program, closing several roads.
Starting May 31, the city of Middletown’s pavement preservation on the following roads, Wednesday and Thursday – Miner Street and Sachet Street; on Friday, Smith Street.
From Monday to Wednesday, the roads that will be paved are: Industrial Park Road, Smith Street from Middle Street to the overpass and Sachem Street will maintain alternating two-way traffic with intermittent delays.

Miner Street and Smith Street from the overpass to Miner Street will be closed to through traffic during construction. In addition, surface courses and curbing will be placed later this summer.
Additional paving on other roads in the paving program will begin in July.
