  • Michael Vardal, 46, of Rocky Hill, was charged with illegal sexual conduct of a victim under 13 years old and 4th-degree sexual assault, police said.

  • Joseph Arnett, 37, of East Windsor, was charged with a violation of probation and four counts of failure to respond/payable violation, police said.
  • Chaslene Judson, 41, of Middletown, was charged with 6th-degree larceny and probation violation, police said.

  • Rashaun Watson, 34, of Middletown, was charged with 2nd-degree failure to appear, 2nd-degree breach of peace and 3rd-degree assault, police said.
