The Middletown Police Department issued the silver alert and are seeking any information.
MIDDLETOWN, CT – Middletown Police Department has issued a silver alert for Thelma Chatfield, 83, of Middletown.
Chatfield went missing on Monday, May 15.
According to Police, Chatfield is a black woman with black hair and brown eyes, a height of 5 feet and one inch and 120 lbs.
