MIDDLETOWN, CT - A Middletown resident is $100,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Newington earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On March 14, Joseph Rigano, of Middletown, purchased a Cash5 ticket from the Price Chopper in Newington and won $100,000.
