According to the Connecticut Lottery, the winning scratch ticket was sold in Portland.
MIDDLETOWN, CT - A Middletown resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Portland earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On May 10, Robert Romann, of Middletown purchased a 10x CASH 15th Edition ticket from the Portland Quick Mart and won $10,000.
