MIDDLETOWN, CT - A Middletown resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Shelton earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On April 4, Michael Burnell, of Middletown, purchased a 20X Cash 7th Edition ticket from Scooter's Deli Mart in Shelton and won $20,000.
