National Night Out Returns To Middletown In August

MIDDLETOWN, CT – A community-building campaign promoting partnerships between police departments and the communities they serve returns in August.

The National Night Out is scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 1, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 222 Main St. in front of the Police Department.

During the National Night Out, the Middletown community can talk to local law enforcement but also participate in the popular Dunk a Cop event, listen to live music and enjoy food from several food trucks.

The event will also feature bounce houses, water balloons, K9 demonstrations, police department tours and games.
