Obituary: Robert Frederick Alcott, 45, Of Middletown

MIDDLETOWN, CT — (From Wallingford Funeral Home): Robert Frederick Alcott, 45, beloved husband of Taisha (Kroll) Alcott, of Middletown, passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at Hartford Hospital, due to complications from an accident.

Born in Meriden on August 20, 1977, Robert was the son of Frederick and Kathleen (Crampton) Alcott. He attended Maloney High School and he lived in Meriden for most of his life.

Robert and Taisha were married for 17 years. He was a loyal husband and a loving father who taught his children Christian values, to always think for themselves, and to stand up for what they believe in. He was a passionate person with an infectious sense of humor. Robert went through many struggles in his life, but through it all, his family always came first to him.

In addition to his beloved wife, Robert is survived by his 5 children, Malakai, Raeann, Myra, Michael and Elijah; and his parents, Frederick and Kathleen (Crampton) Alcott of Meriden.
