Rarey had tried to withdraw his $1 million, police say, and became irate when a check of his bank balance showed a mere $8.
After speaking with officers, the report says, Rarey agreed to leave the branch but requested his identification back before doing so. Police told Rarey once he stepped outside his cards would be returned and he countered by raising his voice and again disrupting customers, the affidavit says, so he was arrested.
