MIDDLETOWN, CT – As Middletown prepares for the Memorial Day Parade, some of the roads in the city will be closed to make it a safe environment for all.
The city of Middletown’s Memorial Day Parade will start at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, May 29.
Middletown police officials said road closures will include Main Street from Union Street to St. John’s Square and Washington Street (Rt66) from Height to DeKoven Drive. These roads will be closed to traffic around 10 a.m.

Motorists traveling over the Arrigoni Bridge from Portland will be directed down Hartford Avenue to Route 9.
