WESU Pledge Drive Donation Could Win You MGMT Tickets
Alt rockers Benjamin Goldwasser and Andrew VanWyngarden, 2005 grads of Wesleyan University in Middletown, have opened for Paul McCartney, Radiohead, Beck and M.I.A.

Wesleyan University's radio station WESU 88.1-FM is offering a chance to win free tickets to the MGMT show this weekend at the Oakdale Theatre.
MGMT (pronounced "Management") is an alternative rock band founded by Benjamin Goldwasser and Andrew VanWyngarden of Brooklyn, New York, that formed in Middletown during their freshman year at Wesleyan. Both are 2005 graduates of the liberal arts college.

Donate online to WESU’s annual pledge drive by midnight Monday Dec. 2 and automatically get entered to win a ticket to see MGMT live at The Oakdale in Wallingford on Friday, Dec. 6.
Four lucky winners will be randomly selected from all online donors Tuesday, Dec. 3. WESU will also give away one more pair of tickets on Homegrown with Rob DeRosa this Thursday, Dec. 5 between 5:05 and 6 p.m.
