MIDDLESEX/NEW LONDON COUNTY, CT — The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for inland sections of Middlesex and New London counties until 10 a.m. Wednesday.
"Mixed precipitation. Snow accumulations of up to one inch and ice accumulations of a light glaze....Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact both the evening and morning commute....Coverage of freezing rain could very well be more patchy and limited to higher elevations."
