$25k A Year For Life Prize-Winning Ticket Sold In Milford

MILFORD, CT – A Milford retailer sold a Lucky for Life "$25,000 A YEAR FOR LIFE" prize-winning ticket for April 5 Drawing, according to a news release.

The CT Lottery's "Lucky for Life" draw game created its first "$25,000 A YEAR FOR LIFE" second-prize winner of the year on April 5, 2023. The ticket was sold at Speedy Mart Food Store at 109 Meadowside Rd. in Milford.

The winning "Lucky for Life" numbers drawn on April 5, 2023, were 6 - 13 - 17 - 25 - 33, Lucky Ball number 15. In total, there were 5,640 winning tickets sold in Connecticut for that drawing. Winners for April 5, 2023, "Lucky for Life" drawing have until Thursday, October 2, 2023, to claim their prize before their ticket expires.

This "Lucky for Life" second-prize winner comes on the heels of CT Lottery's first "$365,000 A Year for Life" top-prize winner of the year on Saturday, March 4, 2023. The still unclaimed top prize-winning ticket was sold at Byram Smoke Shop at 111 Mill St. in Greenwich, CT. The winning "Lucky for Life" numbers drawn on March 4, 2023, were 4 - 7 - 15 - 17 - 30, Lucky Ball number 5. Winners for March 4, 2023, "Lucky for Life" drawing have until Thursday, August 31, 2023, to claim their prize before their ticket expires.

Speedy Mart Food Store will receive a $2,500 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

"For Life" prizes are payable for the length of a winner's natural life. At a minimum, 20 years' worth of payments are guaranteed, although payments could last much longer based on the lifespan of the winner.

If the annuity prize option is chosen, the minimum guaranteed amount the "Lucky for Life" second prize winner would receive is $390,000.
