MILFORD, CT - A West Haven resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Milford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On June 7, Paul Letkowski, of West Haven, purchased a 30x Cash 7th Edition ticket from Cardsmart in Milford and won $30,000.
