Man Assaulted Worker At Milford Business, Police Say
A man is facing charges after he assaulted a worker and tried to run them over, according to police.
MILFORD, CT — A man was charged with assaulting an employee at an off-track betting parlor in Milford, according to police.
Police were dispatched to Winners at 89 Roses Mill Road on Dec. 27 on a report of an assault.
An investigation led to the arrest of a New Haven man who is accused of assaulting a worker after being asked not to block cars in the parking lot.

He is also accused of trying to run the victim over, police said.
The man was charged with third-degree assault and reckless driving. He was released on a promise to appear in court Jan. 22.
