Boys & Girls Club of Milford, CT to hold Evening Enrichment Programming

Evening Enrichment Programming to take place October 6 – December 5, 2025

October 3, 2025 — The Boys & Girls Club of Milford, CT is excited to announce premiere Evening Enrichment Programming, taking place October 6 – December 5, 2025, from 6:00–7:30 PM at the Club (59 Devonshire Rd, Milford, CT 06460).

The Evening Enrichment Programming is open to members and non-members and are designed to spark curiosity, build skills and create joyful learning experiences for K–5 students.

Tournament Tuesdays

  • Open Game Room – Tournament Tuesdays
  • Block by Block: AI Minecraft Explorers (3rd–5th) — A hands-on program using Minecraft Education in partnership with Microsoft. Kids learn about AI, digital creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving.
  • Ni Hao Friends (K–5th) — Introductory Mandarin language and culture through games, songs, and crafts.
  • Girl Scouts (Daisys, K–1st) and (Brownies, 2nd–3rd)

Wildcard Wednesdays

  • Open Game Room – Wildcard Wednesdays
  • Masterpiece Makers (K–5th) — An 8-week visual arts series culminating in a group show at Firehouse Gallery sponsored by the MAC.
  • Girl Scouts (Juniors, 4th–5th)

Throwback Thursdays

  • Open Game Room – Throwback Thursdays
  • Paddle Up! (4th–5th) — A beginner pickleball program in partnership with Shoreline Pickleball, introducing kids to the skills and sportsmanship of this rapidly growing sport.

Improv Fridays

  • Open Game Room – Improv Fridays
  • Eco Explorers: Kids Taking Action (K–5th) — An environmental learning program in partnership with the Audubon, where kids build hands-on projects and create recycled art for display.

As a reminder, before-school programming on school days and full-day programming on weekdays when school is not in session, is also available.
