City of Milford Announces Employee of the Month
Inland Wetland Compliance Officer Maryrose Palumbo was selected as employee of the month.

MILFORD, CT - As the recipient of the award for the Mayor’s Employee of the Month Program, please join us in extending warm congratulations to Maryrose in receiving this recognition. After a review of all of the nominations the Selection Committee chose her as the winner for her strong work ethic, outstanding work performance, and teamwork.
MaryRose has been Milford’s Inland Wetland Compliance Officer for over 25 years, having begun her employment on March 5, 1991. She is also a member of the Pension Board as an employee representative.

MaryRose has been assigned many complex tasks and completes all in an efficient and tactful fashion. She has the important responsibility of ensuring that all properties are in compliance with the Wetlands Regulations of the City as well as the related State statutes. MaryRose is recognized for her ability to welcome and assist the public through the entire compliance process with courtesy, respect, empathy, and professionalism.
MaryRose is well appreciated by everyone with whom she comes in contact and is a valuable asset to the City of Milford. These are just a few of the many reasons the Mayor extends his sincere congratulations and appreciation to Maryrose for the outstanding attributes she exhibits as Employees of the Month.
