City of Milford Celebrates 100th Anniversary with "The Ghosts of City Hall"

The centennial event will be held June 17.

Milford, CT, June 15, 2016- Mayor Blake is pleased to announce that Milford will celebrate City Hall’s 100th Anniversary with the Ghosts of City Hall.

On June 17, 1916 as bands played, officials spoke and crowds cheered, a ceremony to dedicate Milford's current City Hall took place on the building’s marble front steps. One hundred years later at 7 p.m. this Friday, June 17, the building's centennial will be celebrated on those same front steps with stories of the building’s official history, as well as its haunted one.
